Maybelline's XXL Curl Power Mascara

$4-$7 at most drug stores

My aunt was raving about this mascara to me one day and a few weeks later ended up buying it for me! I was skeptical at first but then I tried it and am now in love with this product! I have really short, sparse eyelashes and this product has given my lashes so much length. I can't remember my lashes looking this long ever! :)

Rave:

• Extremely lengthening
• Helps & holds curl
• Convenient packaging
• Amazing formula

Rant:

• Wands are hard to work with - They're too curved! 
• Want more product - I love the primer so much I wish I had a full sized tube of it!
• Not enough volume - Lots of length, little volume

Tips: 

• Apply 2 coats of primer to get lashes really long!
• Wait for first coat to dry completely before applying second. 
• Pair with your favorite volumizing mascara for amazing results

I really hope that all of you beauties try this product! You won't be disappointed! I will definitely be repurchasing!

Kandee Johnson's Eye Makeup Remover!

I just made some of Kandee Johnson's eye makeup remover! At first I was skeptical but I am still shocked at how well it works! :)

I love this stuff! I'm so excited! I usually use Estee Lauder's eye makeup remover but this stuff works just as well! :) I love how inexpensive it is! All you need is witch hazel and olive oil! 2 ingredients that I already have! This wiped away all of the eye makeup I had on. Including my waterproof mascara! 

I really recommend this DIY and I hope you guys all try this out and save yourselves loads of money! :)

Victoria's Secret Haul Review!!

I bought these products back in February and I thought it was time to review them! :) There's usually a 4/$20 sale on their Beauty Rush products. 

Beauty Rush Mascara in Black-Tastic

I really liked this mascara. When you first use it the formula is really wet. And it took a while to dry and it smelled a little weird.. But after it dried a little the smell went away and this really helped add a little length to my lashes. I liked this more than I thought I would. I'd consider repurchasing it.

This is by far my favorite thing that I bought. I love love loveeee this eyeshadow! I wear this pretty much every single day! This has looked amazing on everyone I've used it on. It compliments all skin tones. It's such a nice, pigmented, shimmery color. You can even wear it alone. I am definitely going to be repurchasing this product!

Beauty Rush Lip Gloss in Ms. Mojito

I love this lip gloss! This has to be my second favorite thing I bought. The consistency is amazing, I expected it to be sticky and thick like their other lip glosses but it isn't at all. The color is really nice too and the smell is amazing! It smells just like pink Starbursts! I love this stuff! And it's got SPF 15 in it which makes it even more perfect for summer! I will definitely be repurchasing this product!

Where have I been?!

I know I've been MIA for 2 weeks! :( And I'm so so sooo sorry! I got tonsilitis a few weeks ago and had to miss school for a few days. I was in so much pain! :(And because I missed school I had to catch up on so much work.. I'm nearing the end of my senior year and things have gotten kinda hectic! I've been trying to organize all of my stuff and finish up all of my work to make sure I graduate! But things are back on track and I am feeling tons better! So expect some new posts very soon! :)

I can't say enough good things about this tinted moisturizer! I absolutely love it! And for only $3 you get .7 ounces! This product is on my must haves list for summer. It's perfect! You get UVA/UVB protection and it's really low maintenance so you can throw it in your bag and reapply on the go.

Rave:

• SPF 20! 
• Aloe, cucumber, & Vitamins A, C, E
• Sheer - light coverage
• Evens skin tone
• Very hyrdating
• Non greasy formula
• Easy to apply
• Matches my skin tone very well
• 7 different shades
• Sleek & convenient packaging
• Really affordable

Rant:

• Smells like sunscreen
• Not long lasting

Overall:

I think that this product is great. This is definitely one of E.L.F's better products. The SPF 20 just makes this product even better for me. If you're looking for light coverage and a natural look this product is perfect. It evens out your skin tone but doesn't give enough coverage to make you seem like you're wearing makeup. I also really love the packaging, it looks really sleek and I like the way all the product goes to the bottom and you can really control how much comes out. I am most definitely going to be repurchasing this product. 

How I apply:

I like to squeeze some on the back of my hand and take my finger and mix up the product. If you want more coverage add in a bit of your foundation. Then I use my stippling brush to apply like a regular foundation. I've found this brush gives me more coverage. Then I give it a few seconds to set and apply a pressed powder. This helps give you more coverage and blend everything really well.

I hope you guys liked my review and hopefully this will encourage some of you to try this product out. It's totally worth it! Even if you end up not liking it it's only $3! :)
